How To Order
- Line Sheets will be sent once New Wholesale Account is approved, email us a list of the item's Name, Size, and Quantity or fill out one of our Order Forms.
US Wholesale Orders
- The first introductory minimum order of each season must be $500 USD.
- Subsequent orders for the same season can be any amount.
- We do not offer a drop ship service.
International Wholesale Orders
- All orders must be a minimum of $800 USD excluding shipping.
- We do not offer a drop ship service.
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
- We use USPS First Class International for all international orders, or DHL where we bill directly to your DHL account.
- Products or goods purchased from LXOK™ shall only be sold at the company's suggested retail price (SRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below SRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to LXOK™ and will typically be granted on a semi-annual basis.
- You may sell products for a price in excess of the SRP, but you are not permitted to sell any products for less than the SRP without our express prior written permission because, amongst other things, it may damage our brand.
- You may not resell our products to any other retailers.
- No products or goods purchased from or produced by LXOK™ shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of LXOK™. If Wholesale Account is planning to sell products produced by LXOK™ in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by LXOK™.
Shipping Postage & Handling
- Shipping for California Stockists is FREE.
- Items will not be shipped until full payment is cleared/received.
- Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages.
- On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total.
- All international taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the retailer.
- Though your shipment will likely go out a lot sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.
If stock is damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the shipping company, LXOK™ takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. We encourage you to add additional insurance and tracking to cover such risks. If you, the retailer, engage your own courier service to ship the product then it is your responsibility to seek compensation for any damaged goods.
- When purchasing stock payment must be upfront via either Credit Card, Bank Transfer or via PayPal. See surcharges below.
- Once payment has been received we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 1-5 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.
If you require the stock immediately please email us at email@example.com and we will try to accommodate a faster turnaround.

- We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- Please be advised, we carefully inspect each and every garment that goes out but we understand sometimes things can get overlooked.
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
- If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products.
- If there is a manufacturer defect with any garment, please provide images and details of the defect for your refund or credit.
- We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn or used.
Photos Of Products
- LXOK™ can provide high resolution photos on request to promote the LXOK™ label for the use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. Please note that these images remain the sole property of LXOK™ and we have final say on the usage of images.
- You may use any of the images from our website. Images taken from our Instagram and Facebook page must also include tags from our brand reps and permission from clients posting them. We take no responsibility for the images you share on social media.
- We encourage stockists to use their own creative images of LXOK™ products in any market campaigns.
We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at anytime if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of California.
We love feedback, it helps us grow and improve our products so we can give stockists and customers exactly what they want. Let us know what’s selling or not selling and what customers are saying about LXOK™ merchandise. Feedback, good or bad, helps us stay ahead of the market.
